Required Skills:

• Experience in creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication plans
• Develop graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
• Develop and deliver high quality verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels with clarity
• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
• Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others
• Strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Team, #Outlook, #Excel, #Word, and #PowerPoint
• Experience working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures
• 3-5+ years of experience applying an organizational change management approach within the corporate setting
• Strong organizational change management methodology experience, such as PROSCI expertise or certification or ACMP certification a plus.
